The project ‘The system for optimizing the creating, performing, and analyzing marketing campaigns’ was the winner in the category of the best industry solution for transportation. The project was developed for the Russian airline Aeroflot by Innodata’ specialists. The solution helps create personalized content for customers via various communication channels. A special system generates and test business hypotheses without human intervention, and launches marketing campaigns based on the gathered information and using machine learning technology. After each campaign, the system evaluates its results without assistance and generates detailed reports with analysis if its KPIs.
The second solution, an automated system for forecasting cargo-mail capacities of passenger flights for Aeroflot Cargo Air, won in the ‘Analytical solutions and Big Data – the best project of cargo logistics’ category. Using Big Data tools and machine learning models, the system assesses how much space is given to cargo-mail transportation at Aeroflot’s passenger flights, which is helpful in optimizing aircraft loading.
Within the competition, experts from the community of major Russian companies’ IT directors assessed the projects for two months.
